Sandra Holdorf, DBA, MS, BCMHC

Sandra Holdorf is an Board Certified Christian Mental Health Coach, speaker, and trauma recovery advocate dedicated to helping individuals find hope, healing, and wholeness through faith-based principles. With over 30 years of leadership experience, she combines her background in business administration, mental health, and crisis intervention with a deep compassion for those overcoming the effects of trauma.

Sandra holds a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) and a Master of Science in Mental Health and Wellness (MS). As a survivor herself, she understands the lasting impact of adverse childhood experiences and the transformative power of faith in healing. Through Faith & Freedom Trauma Recovery, LLC, she provides Christ-centered coaching and support for individuals seeking to break free from cycles of pain, strengthen resilience, and walk confidently in their God-given purpose.

Sandra previously served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Genesee County and a Sexual Assault Crisis Intervention Advocate with the MSU Center for Survivors. These experiences deepened her passion for helping others heal emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. Her mission is rooted in Galatians 6:2 — “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”
