Healing can feel isolating—especially when your experiences are difficult to explain or feel misunderstood. This peer support group exists to offer connection without pressure, faith without force, and support without judgment.
What This Peer Support Group Is
This group provides a safe, respectful space for adults with lived trauma experience to come together in community.
This group is:
- ✔ Peer-based and trauma-informed
- ✔ Faith-integrated (faith is welcomed, never required)
- ✔ Confidential and respectful
- ✔ Structured for emotional safety
- ✔ Focused on connection, education, and encouragement
This group is not therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment.
What This Group Is Not
To protect participants and maintain safety, this group is not:
- ✖ Individual or group therapy
- ✖ Crisis intervention
- ✖ A place for graphic trauma processing
- ✖ A substitute for professional mental health care

Who This Group Is For

- No pressure to share personal details
- Respect for privacy and boundaries
- A supportive, welcoming environment
You are always free to listen quietly, participate as you feel comfortable, and take breaks when needed.
